HOW TO REGISTER PET DOGS & CATS
Description: This service is mandated by City Ordinance No. 1802 Section A as a way to eliminate stray animals in the city. It is also a way to monitor the implementation of the city's anti-rabies ordinance.

May I call your attention to the unsavory behavior of this boy, Mr. Raffy B. Geralde, of Tuburan, Cebu, allegedly a student of Cebu Technological University. By the picture alone, I believe he is in violation of RA 8485, more commonly known as the Animal Welfare Act. As a local government concerned with the protection of rights of all living things - whether human or animals, please do net let this deed go unpunished.
