Taking the voices and sentiments of the constituents of the City of Cebu to the national level are the members of the House of Representatives, namely:

Hon. Tomas de la Rama Osmeña South District

Winners all. (L-R) South District Rep. Tomas R. Osmeña, Cebu City Mayor Michael L. Rama, Vice-Mayor Joy Augustus G. Young, and North District Rep. Rachel "Cutie" del Mar showed their solidarity by gamely posing for the camera during the Oathtaking Ceremony of the Elected Cebu City Government Officials on June 30, 2010 at the Plaza Sugbo.
